Job Description
Title: Podcast/YouTube Clips Producer (Short-Form Repurposing VA) — 8–12 Clips per Episode
Overview:
We run an award-winning podcast + YouTube network releasing 9–13 episodes/week. You will turn each episode into short-form clip packages using Podcast AI and light finishing in Marky.
Responsibilities
Generate 8–12 vertical clips per episode (9:16)
Clips are edited and provided. You will be responsible only for posting, copying descriptions, scheduling.
Ensure every clip has:
A strong first 1–2 seconds hook
Accurate captions
Clean start/stop cuts (no dead air)
Categorize clips: viral hook / emotional / educational / sponsor-friendly
Provide for each clip:
Suggested caption (1–2 lines)
Suggested platform (TikTok/Reels/Shorts/FB)
Source timestamp in the full episode
Output targets
80–120 clips/week (depending on episode volume)
Required tools/skills
Podcast AI (or willingness to learn fast)
