Key Responsibilities

• Safety Checks: Follow a simple set of Safety Rules to decide if a piece of content should stay online or be removed.
• Fact-Checking: Briefly check if a statement made by an AI is a real fact or a hallucination (made‑up information).
• Protecting Users: Your work helps prevent harmful behavior before it ever reaches a real person.

Mandatory Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Native‑level proficiency in your primary language. You need to understand the local slang and vibe to know when something is mean or dangerous.
• Basic (B1) English so you can read our safety guides and report your findings.
