Elevate operational excellence at Saputo as a Continuous Improvement Site Lead. Drive improvements through data analysis and Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance plant performance.
As a key site leader, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement within Saputo Dairy Products Canada operations. You will analyze performance data, support the Plant Manager, and collaborate across teams to leverage insights for operational success. This role requires a strong background in analytics and CI tools, as well as the ability to influence change without direct authority.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across the site
• Analyze performance data for trends and losses
• Develop dashboards and visual reporting tools
• Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops
• Coach teams on CI methodologies and tools
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or relevant field
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
