Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret contractual documents and agreements related to infrastructure projects
- Organize and maintain contract records and correspondence efficiently
- Identify key terms, obligations, and risks within contracts and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
- Assist in drafting responses and maintaining compliance with contract terms
- Coordinate with project and legal teams to ensure timely handling of contract-related matters
- Support in preparing documentation for audits, claims, or disputes
- Maintain trackers and reports related to contracts and correspondence
