Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and interpret contractual documents and agreements related to infrastructure projects
  • Organize and maintain contract records and correspondence efficiently
  • Identify key terms, obligations, and risks within contracts and prepare summaries for internal stakeholders
  • Assist in drafting responses and maintaining compliance with contract terms
  • Coordinate with project and legal teams to ensure timely handling of contract-related matters
  • Support in preparing documentation for audits, claims, or disputes
  • Maintain trackers and reports related to contracts and correspondence

Key Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, at least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in contract management within the infrastructure sector.
