• Take full ownership of contract administration, commercial strategies, and procurement execution for highly complex data centre projects within Malaysia’s leading digital hub.
• Report directly to a Project Director with over 20 years of international mega-project experience, ensuring a flat, execution-focused team structure with no corporate bureaucracy.
• Join a fast-growing, privately owned Project Management Consultancy with 15 years of continuous commercial success and a strong pipeline of tier-1 global technology clients.
• Collaborate closely with internal project controls, planning, and technical MEP managers to maintain a robust and efficient commercial operation.
• Serve as the lead client representative for pre- and post-contract management, cost containment strategies, and procurement frameworks on high-value, mission-critical builds.
