Location: Minnesota (Hybrid and Onsite Opportunities Available)

Pay Rate: $35–$45/hour

Employment Type: Contract / Consulting

What You May Be Doing

  • Managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions, from intake meetings through offer acceptance
  • Partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
