Contract Specialist

BWXT Nuclear Energy Canada Inc. (BWXT NEC) supplies nuclear fuel and fuel channel components, services, equipment and parts for the CANDU® nuclear power industry. We are recruiting for a Contract Specialist to work at our Peterborough, ON location.

Our Role

A Contract Specialist is responsible for managing and supporting the entire contract process—from drafting and negotiating terms to ensuring compliance and managing performance.

Your Day To Day

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, and addendums to ensure they meet company requirements and legal standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders—including legal, finance, procurement, quality, engineering and senior management—to understand and characterize contract requirements and risks.
• Maintain accurate records of all contract documents, including tracking key deliverables, compliance milestones, and renewal dates.
