Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead contract negotiations, including review and assessment of contractual terms and proposals.
- Draft, review and administer contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Develop and implement contract management, commercial negotiation and administration strategies for project tenders and ongoing projects.
- Prepare, monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost projections.
- Collaborate closely with directors, project teams and quantity surveyors to address technical, contractual and commercial matters while ensuring legal and compliance risks are effectively managed.
- Administer contracts and support proposal preparation and negotiations in alignment with company policies and requirements.
