Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead contract negotiations, including review and assessment of contractual terms and proposals.
  • Draft, review and administer contracts and agreements with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement contract management, commercial negotiation and administration strategies for project tenders and ongoing projects.
  • Prepare, monitor and manage project budgets, cash flow forecasts and cost projections.
  • Collaborate closely with directors, project teams and quantity surveyors to address technical, contractual and commercial matters while ensuring legal and compliance risks are effectively managed.
  • Administer contracts and support proposal preparation and negotiations in alignment with company policies and requirements.
