Contracts Manager (Semiconductor/ Data Centers)

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain and assist in the preparation and compilation of the agreements i.e., non-disclosure agreements, major construction tenders, professional service agreements and standard industry forms of conditions of contract such as RDAS, SIA, PSSCOC, FIDIC Silver Book, FIDIC Yellow Book, and other form of conditions of contract including appropriate risk mitigation
• Maintain and assist in the preparation and compilation of contract documents (both main and subcontract)
• Assist in negotiations with counterparties (if any)
• Participate in mitigation processes in line with overall standard operating procedures of the organisation
• Attend and participate in department and group meetings, staying current on department and group projects, goals and issues
