Contract specialist: Contract 10-month contract role (with potential to extend)

The role focuses on customer operations, contract renewals, service coordination, and order management.

Responsibilities

  • Managing customer relationships around renewals
  • Maintaining and validating installed base / inventory data
  • Preparing service contracts
  • Processing orders in SAP
  • Coordinating with vendors including Cisco, Alcatel, and Luware

Qualifications

Experience in contract management, customer operations, renewals, or service coordination, ideally with exposure to SAP, Salesforce, or similar systems.
