Role Summary
We are seeking a highly capable Contracts Specialist / Legal Counsel to strengthen our team with more senior-level talent. This role is focused on elevating the quality of contract management and negotiation, with an emphasis on complex, client-facing engagements across international contexts.
Responsibilities and Duties
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts in English
Conduct detailed contract analysis and provide risk-based recommendations
Lead redlining processes and manage contract revisions with internal and external stakeholders
Engage directly with clients in contract negotiations, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, procurement, and business teams
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies across jurisdictions
