Description We are looking for an experienced Controller to provide hands-on accounting leadership for a Contract engagement in Baltimore, Maryland. This position will support a time-sensitive need by bringing structure, oversight, and financial clarity across multiple entities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working onsite, partnering closely with senior leadership, and guiding core accounting activities from daily operations through reporting and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Direct accounting activities across multiple entities, ensuring accurate oversight of daily financial operations.
• Strengthen accounting workflows by developing practical policies, refining procedures, and reinforcing internal controls.
