Duration: Fulltime (Hybrid)
THE ROLE
The Controller takes a key leadership role in the financial reporting and execution of assigned music festivals, concerts, and branded shows. The Controller will oversee the operations of the accounting department, including the design of an organizational structure adequate for achieving the department's goals and objectives. This position reports to the VP of Finance. This is not a remote position.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee the activities of the accounting department for the accurate and timely reporting of financial statement consolidation requirements and annual audits.
- Administer regulatory reporting, including tax planning, technical accounting and internal control compliance
