Are you an experienced machine operator looking for a stable, long‑term role with excellent shift patterns and strong earning potential? We're recruiting a Conversion / Slitting Operator to join our finishing team, producing high‑quality slit reels in a safe, efficient and well‑organised environment.
Staffline is recruiting Conversion/Slitting Operators in Brigg.
The rate of pay is £13.91 per hour (3% increase from July).
Overtime is paid at time and a half, Sundays and bank holidays at double time.
This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, and the hours of work are:
- Days: 6am to 6pm
- Nights 6pm to 6am

- Selecting film, materials and supplies for each job
