Progressive well established mid tier law firm seeks the expertise of an experienced Conveyancing Paralegal. 

Work with a Team of Paralegals
Managing Residential Conveyancing files
Bundall location

The Role

As a Conveyancing Paralegal, you will run mainly residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Your duties will include the following -

  • Dealing with clients,
  • Following up outstanding conditions,
  • Dealing with solicitors, banks,
  • on line searches, settlement statements
  • Booking in settlements with PEXA, billings and general file management duties.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing paralegal experience. Excellent file management skills and customer service skills are also essential.
