Under general supervision of an assigned unit Chef/Manager and/or Sous Chef as designated by the Southside General Manager, responsible for the assigned units preparation of menu items, special menus, and catering menus. Responsible for developing new items annually and seasonally in conjunction with Chef/Manager and/or Sous Chef.
