Key Responsibilities
- Conduct competitive research to support strategic initiatives
- Assist with operational tasks on the Foresters Go app, new Community Grants platform and other benefits as needed
- Support the development of grant resources and consolidate stakeholder feedback
- Assist with roll out of new Legal Document / Loss Support platform, such as:
- Developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Reviewing resources and website content
- Compiling and verifying information
- Organizing and cleaning up files
- Provide support on other member benefits as needed
Key Qualifications/Competencies
- Working towards degree/certificate in communications, marketing, business, or related field
- Strong communication skills, verbal, written and presentation that enables one to build trust and relationships quickly
