Become the essential coordinator for Jordan's Principle services at SAULTEAUX FIRST NATIONS HEALTH SERVICES. Engage with families, manage applications, and conduct outreach efforts in this pivotal role.
The Jordan's Principle Service Coordinator works closely with children and families, ensuring they receive the necessary services and support. In collaboration with Indigenous Services Canada and other agencies, the Coordinator will identify unmet needs and lead the process of submitting applications. Outreach initiatives and educational sessions will be integral to this position, coupled with routine reporting duties.
