As a **Coordinator, Operations Lean, Learning & Development**, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Employee Qualification and Training process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting task analysis, documentation, and maintenance of training materials.
- Establishing and maintaining qualification requirements for various roles.
- Managing employee qualification information in our corporate database.
- Delivering effective training programs in classroom or virtually.
- Developing and implementing LEAN methods, approaches, and tools across the company.
Experiência y requisitos
- Bilingual: English and Spanish - conversational level.
- Managing KAIZEN teams is a plus
- Able to use tact when dealing with sensitive issues.
- Project Management - able to manage projects in a timely manner.
- Previous coaching, or training experience required (it could be in University)
