What’s The Role

Legal Information System Support (LISS) is a central operations team supporting the global Legal departments and end users. The LISS team delivers cost effective, high quality day-to-day training and support for information systems and operational processes centered on Microsoft O365 including Copilot, SharePoint (Legal Document Management and Legal World information hub), MS Exchange (shared Mailboxes) and Teams.

Working closely with IDT, LISS is instrumental in ensuring availability and administrative support for all of Legal core applications once in production and the team play a significant role in the deployment of new systems.

Generative AI is a key transformative technology for Legal, and a new role has been created within the LISS team for a M365 Copilot specialist to drive adoption, enable advanced use cases, and build lightweight Copilot agents using Copilot Studio (Lite).
