Become a NOC Specialist with Rogers and manage Tier 3 operations for Core and Enterprise IP networks in a 24x7 environment. Utilize advanced tools to enhance network performance and resolve incidents.

In this pivotal role, you will report to the Manager of the Enterprise and Core Data NOC at the Brampton Campus. Your primary responsibilities will include incident management and supporting residential and business customers across Rogers' network services. Experience in networking, automation, and diagnostics is essential for effectively addressing complex network incidents.
