Key Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and enhance cost allocation models for budget and forecast cycles.
• Process monthly cost allocations and prepare monthly journals, including the maintaining of allocation splits and project IDs.
• Analyze cost trends, variances, and allocation impacts to support budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Prepare annual true‑up of actual cost allocations utilizing actual incurred costs and hours.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data used in allocation processes; collaborate with data owners to resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly and ad‑hoc allocation reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Respond to cost allocation‑related queries.
