Funciones

• Lead project cost control activities during the construction phase of wind projects, including budget analysis, cost tracking, forecasting, and final cost reporting.
• Prepare and maintain monthly cost reports, ensuring alignment with construction progress, contractual milestones, and site realities.
• Monitor and analyze cost deviations versus budget, identifying root causes, risks, and opportunities.
• Actively support contract and claim management activities, including:
  • assisting in the preparation, calculation, and substantiation of claims.
  • supporting the preparation and tracking of daily claims, ensuring proper documentation and cost impact assessment.
