Cost Engineer - Rail

We are seeking a detail-oriented Cost Engineer to support cost management and financial control activities across a complex large-scale infrastructure programme.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cost engineering cost control or commercial support within design and/or construction projects
• Familiarity with budgeting forecasting cost reporting and change management processes
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in cost management tools and Excel
• Experience supporting projects of significant scale and complexity is desirable
• Middle East particularly UAE experience is an advantage
• Rail project experience is advantageous
