Cover supervisor

Overview

TeacherActive are proud to be working with a large number of Secondary Schools across Plymouth. We are actively recruiting for Cover Supervisors to support our school network with quality and consistent staff.

Responsibilities

• Support schools on day-to-day, long-term, or permanent cover basis.
• Provide classroom management and clear, effective communication to keep students engaged.
• Note: The role does not include planning and preparation.

Qualifications

• CACHE Level 2/3 or 6 months of relevant experience.
• Be confident in managing a class of students within the age range 11 to 16+
• Ability to manage behaviour to ensure student engagement
• Flexibility to work across different departments and age ranges within the school
