Job Description
Overview
The Crane/WHE Operator is responsible for the operation of a variety of cranes and heavy equipment and interprets load charts and plans all lifts.
Responsibilities
+ Conducts daily safety inspections and safe operations of mobile cranes and other heavy equipment as required.
+ Inspect the condition of the work site prior to setting up the crane.
+ Uses cranes to hoist position and/or transport material such as machinery, equipment and other construction products.
+ Must be aware of how much material can be lifted safely based upon weather conditions and the capacity of the crane.
+ Inspects and maintains crane against any defect or malfunctions.
+ Develops an effective plan for the layout, security, and safekeeping of materials and equipment during loading, delivering, and unloading.
+ Performs routine preventative maintenance inspections on assigned vehicles and ensures vehicles meet all US ...
