Job Description
As a Creative Lead, you will head the in-house marketing and creative team. You will work closely with the marketing team to plan ideas, create content, and deliver creatives based on the company's goals.
You will be responsible for maintaining a consistent look, message, and brand style across all digital and offline marketing activities, including social media, ad campaign and offline promotions.
You will manage the full creative process, from idea to final output, and lead the creative team to ensure work is delivered on time and with quality. The team includes video editors, content writers, SEO professionals, social media executives, web developers and graphic designers.
Experience working with education brands will be an added advantage.
