Creative Project Manager

Our client, a leading medical center in Brooklyn, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to drive the execution of creative initiatives across the organization. This role is critical to delivering high-volume, complex projects and working closely with Strategy, Communications, and Web/Digital teams. The ideal candidate is a process-oriented problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings structure, clarity, and efficiency to creative workflows.Responsibilities:

Location: Hybrid (1–2 days/week onsite in Brooklyn preferred)

Type: Contract (35 hours/week)

Rate: $50/hour

Evaluate, recommend, and implement a project management platform to enhance workflow efficiency and team collaboration

Audit existing processes and identify opportunities to optimize systems, documentation, and workflows
