You are the person who reinvents creative work – not just talks about it.
This is not an advisory role. This is not a project management role with an AI veneer. This is a hands-on, prototype-building, workflow-architecting, creative-organization-transforming role for someone who can walk into a world-class creative studio, understand what’s broken, and rebuild it with generative AI at the center.
You are equally comfortable presenting a transformation vision to a CMO and then opening a terminal to build the pipeline that makes it real. You have the creative credibility to earn the trust of art directors and creative directors. You have the technical depth to work alongside engineers and architects. And you have the strategic instinct to connect both to measurable business outcomes.
