CapCut is an all‑in‑one video editing app that empowers creators to express themselves and transform videos into creative masterpieces. Responsibilities

• Recruit professionals and quality AI graphic & VFX designers familiar with AI design tools (e.g., Dreamina, Canva, Midjourney) to produce viral and high‑quality images and materials such as stickers, fonts, caption templates, and VFX.
• Build and manage a community of AI graphic & VFX designers, establishing group management SOPs and activities to keep designers engaged and productive.
• Analyze data and metrics on users’ AI graphic preferences and organize AI talent to customize production that enhances CapCut’s influence in PH.
