Key Responsibilities

• Debt Management: Monitor accounts receivable daily to ensure timely client payments.
• Proactive Chasing: Contact customers via phone, email, and letter to recover overdue invoices.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate, up-to-date communication logs in the accounting system.
• Query Resolution: Resolve billing discrepancies internally and externally to secure payments.
