CreditController,Ripon,£28,000-£30,000 AnestablishedbusinessinRiponisrecruitingforanexperiencedcreditcontrollertojointheirbusinessonafulltimepermanentbasis.Oncesettledintotheposition,thereisthepotentialforprogressionandasalaryincrease. Duties Openingnewaccountsandresponsiblefortheday-to-daymanagementofthecustomerbase. Establishandmaintaininternalandexternalcustomerrelationships Ensureasnecessaryallcalls,letters,statementsandfollowupactionsarecarriedoutinordertobringthemattertothecustomersattentiontoobtainpaymentofdue/overduedepts. Ensuretheco-ordinationofpaymentsinrelationtocashcollectionandageddebtreduction. Resolvingqueriesbothinternallyandexternallyaroundoutstandinginvoices. Agree,negotiate,andenforcere-paymentplans.
