- Develop and maintain crew schedules to ensure efficient staffing.
- Coordinate with management to address scheduling conflicts and changes.
- Monitor crew hours and compliance with labor regulations.
- Assist in training new team members on scheduling systems and protocols.
- Generate reports on crew scheduling metrics and performance.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry level (0–2 years)
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
