Job Description

  • Develop and maintain crew schedules to ensure efficient staffing.
  • Coordinate with management to address scheduling conflicts and changes.
  • Monitor crew hours and compliance with labor regulations.
  • Assist in training new team members on scheduling systems and protocols.
  • Generate reports on crew scheduling metrics and performance.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: Entry level (0–2 years)
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and priorities
