Crew Staff

Crew staff are responsible for assisting in the operation and management of a vessel, aircraft, or other transport systems. Their primary duties include ensuring passenger safety, providing customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and performing operational tasks. They work under the supervision of a captain, pilot, or manager to ensure smooth operations.

Education/Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent); experience in hospitality, aviation, or maritime roles is preferred.

Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Certifications: Depending on the industry, certifications may include first aid, CPR, safety training, or specialized maritime or aviation certifications.
