  • Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and upkeep of Microsoft, Nutanix and Citrix server systems, load balancers, and proxies.
  • Assist in managing compliance-related tasks to ensure regulatory adherence.
  • Collaborate in troubleshooting and resolving system issues to minimise downtime.
  • Support day-to-day service and change requests, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
  • Manage IT equipment inventory, including tracking, condemnation, and disposal processes.
  • Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate deployments, system refreshes, and other technical initiatives.

Qualifications

  • At least Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
  • Good technical skills in engineering, computer, and IT systems, and preferably in communications technologies as well
  • Good working knowledge of Life Cycle Management and Systems Engineering in Windows server...
