Job Description
We are seeking an analytical and data-driven CRM Analyst to optimize our trader lifecycle, sales funnels, and data infrastructure. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business operations and technical solutions. You will manage customer relationship data, automate onboarding workflows, and integrate our CRM with core trading platforms. Your insights will directly boost trader acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analytics & Business Intelligence
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track key performance metrics.
- Monitor critical KPIs including Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), deposit frequency, and trading volumes.
- Segment the trader database to identify high-value clients, inactive accounts, and churn risks.
- Generate actionable insights to improve sales pipeline conversion rates.
