Richemont Iberia SL is seeking a CRM Manager based in Meyrin, Switzerland to lead customer database management and clienteling strategy execution. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or Business and 3–7 years of experience in CRM.

You will ensure the quality of the customer database, analyze engagement KPIs, and act as a key contact between teams. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment centered on luxury customer engagement.
