Job Description
The CRM & Growth Operations Manager is responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining the systems, data, and reporting infrastructure that track leads, pipeline, conversion, revenue, and operational performance across the organization. This role exists to ensure that all commercial and operational activities are: Visible Measurable Traceable Analyzable Actionable The role is accountable for: Maintaining a reliable CRM system Ensuring accurate pipeline and revenue tracking Providing performance dashboards and reports Identifying ineHiciencies, bottlenecks, and revenue leakage Supporting data-driven decision-making across all teams This is not an IT support role.
