THE ROLE

The CRM Coordinator will support the CRM Manager in the execution and day-to‑day management of CRM operations, collaborating closely with the Operations Manager to align data, sales processes, and business strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Translate business requirements into CRM solutions with developers, ensuring scalable and sustainable systems aligned with commercial plans.
  • Provide direct support to the Operations Manager to align CRM data with business needs, project strategy, and financial/legal processes.
  • Identify friction points in operational workflows and implement best practices so the CRM is a usable, effective tool for Sales Representatives.
  • Create, maintain, and optimise reports and data visualisations to deliver insights for decision‑making and strategy adjustments.
