Provides support to clients on technical concerns, emergency medical matters, and other services while coordinating with provider networks and client companies.
Handle and resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining excellent service standards
Adapt to shifting schedules and fast-paced work environments while meeting service targets

Open for Highschool Graduates with BPO experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willing to work on a shifting schedule
Willing to be assigned in Makati City
