Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and providing first-point resolution for our valued customers and stakeholders. This role offers a real insight into each aspect of Coastline, with each day bringing unique challenges and experiences.

We are recruiting two Customer Service Advisor positions on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Candidates should have previous experience in customer service roles (preferably within a similar industry) and demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, initiative, and the capacity to handle urgent situations effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service and first-point resolution.
  • Handle a high volume of telephone calls while maintaining professionalism.
