Customer Acquisition Executive

Key Responsibilities

•Register and onboard job seekers on the EmpQuick AI Job platform.

• Connect with employers, HR professionals, and business owners to onboard companies looking for hiring solutions.

• Explain EmpQuick's services and benefits to candidates and employers.

• Generate leads through calls, referrals, social media, and online platforms.

• Follow up with potential candidates and employers to complete registrations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and users.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, registrations, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

• Meet monthly candidate registration and company onboarding targets.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Sales, Business Development, Recruitment, Customer Acquisition, or a similar role.
