SMS Security is a growing security services company headquartered in Toronto, proudly serving multi-residential condominium communities across the Greater Toronto Area. We provide guard services, installation and servicing of security systems, mobile patrol, and parking enforcement — and we’re scaling fast. We’re looking for a sharp, proactive Customer Care & Field Service Coordinator to help power our service team.

The Role

The Customer Care & Field Service Coordinator is the operational hub between our clients, technicians, and internal teams. You will coordinate service delivery, manage urgent and routine service requests, communicate directly with condominium clients, and ensure technicians are dispatched efficiently and professionally. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, can manage competing priorities with confidence, and takes ownership of the customer experience from intake through resolution.
