International iGaming operator is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from its growing Melilla hub.



This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership, operational performance, escalations, and day-to-day management within a fast-paced casino environment.



Candidates must have:

• Strong iGaming operations/customer support experience

• Exposure to Payments, Fraud or Player Operations

• Team management experience

• Fluent Spanish and English

• Salary circa €55k



Location:

• Based in Melilla OR

• Open to relocate (accommodation provided by potential employer) OR

• Able to travel weekly onsite from Malaga/Madrid
