Responsibilities

  • Engage with 50-60 customers daily via Phone and Secure Mail, providing innovative banking solutions.
  • Welcome customers, set up their accounts, and confidently guide them through credit‑card applications and investment opportunities.
  • Empower and guide customers through the challenges of fraud and financial hardship with care and confidence.
  • Provide an even better experience by referring customers to our product partners when needed.
  • Educate and support customers in their day‑to‑day requirements and self‑service options.
  • Work a Monday‑to‑Friday roster of 11:30 am–8 pm, with hybrid work arrangements based in Highbrook, South Auckland.
