Job Description
Become a Delivery Specialist with goeasy and enhance customer experiences through effective communication and service. This role involves delivering products and addressing customer needs efficiently.
As a key player in the goeasy team, you will engage customers in person, over the phone, and via email, delivering our products to their homes. You will also support retail operations by maintaining the store's merchandise and addressing customer concerns during the moving process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and engage customers via phone, email, and in person
• Deliver products to customers’ homes with exceptional service
• Maintain merchandise and support retail operations and store upkeep
• Handle paperwork coordination with customers on-site
• Perform general maintenance on the delivery truck
