Customer Inventory Operations Manager

Location: Corredor del Henares.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and strategy for the Inventory Control team and the administration team on site.
• Manage three key areas:
• Customer relationship: conduct daily, weekly, and monthly catch‑up meetings with up to six customers; problem‑solve, drive continuous improvement, and control volume; oversee monthly KPIs; develop resource plans and equipment needs budgets for review with site leadership.
• Inventory control: ensure accuracy of customer inventory and report promptly to site leadership; maximize performance of inventory processes and systems; plan and execute proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with contractual SLAs; develop, implement, and validate procedures, controls, and systems that prevent, detect, and corr...
