Alectra is seeking a Customer Metering Solutions Specialist in a hybrid role to enhance customer experience while resolving technical issues. Support meter installations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This full-time position, requiring 35 hours weekly, focuses on customer engagement, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will manage and resolve meter installation exceptions, provide clear guidance on technical matters, and improve processes for an enhanced customer experience. You’ll use analytical skills to monitor trends and support the deployment of AMI 2.0 meters.
