This role holds end to end responsibility for a portfolio of products and solutions rather than a single product. It carries full accountability across the entire lifecycle, from strategy to execution, ongoing management and eventual phase out. It requires continuously balancing customer value, technical feasibility and business performance, while acting as the single point of accountability for all product related decisions within the defined scope.

Product & Portfolio Strategy

Define and own the product and portfolio strategy aligned with healthcare and segment strategy

Translate market, customer, technology and competitive insights into clear strategic choices

Set and communicate a multi year roadmap at portfolio level

Make explicit investment and prioritization trade offs across the portfolio
