Overview

We are seeking a Unicorn Customer Reference Manager who combines high-level strategy with hands-on content production. You will not just manage a program; you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of customer advocacy for the Southeast Asia region. This role requires a rare blend of skills: the sales acumen to recruit hesitant CXOs, the editorial eye to write and edit compelling case studies, and the strategic vision to amplify these stories globally. You will work directly with Sales leadership, Marketing, and external Creative Agencies to turn customer success into market-moving narratives.

Key Responsibilities
